FACE-TO-FACEPERSONAL TRAINING PRICESOne-on-One and small group personal training and private martial arts lessons are available in 2 different flavours:1. For those who want a challenging and fun workout using traditional gym equipment you can come to our fully equipped micro-studio in Bardia. (Sydney South West - We are approximately halfway between Liverpool and Campbelltown).2. We can also cater for those who like the great outdoors. Some lovely parks near our studio in Bardia provide an environment with a beautiful leafy aspect that is the perfect place to get some exercise in the fresh air.You can purchase any number of sessions from 1 to 20. For example, if you are going on holidays in 8 weeks and just want to get 7 weeks of training in before you go away for a while, you could purchase a 7 or 14 session pack to train once or twice a week. The price lists here are only limited to these options to make it easier to read. Ask your trainer for specific pricing.PRICINGThe cost per session varies slightly based on 3 factors:1. The duration of each session (30, 45, 60 min).2. How many sessions per week you train with your trainer.3. The number of sessions you commit to up-front.Simply put, the more times per week your train, and the more sessions you commit to, the cheaper each session becomes.You can purchase any number of sessions from 1 to 20. A recurring weekly payment from your choice of credit or debit card is set up through our Stripe account for however many sessions you want to purchase.EXAMPLE:When you purchase 5 sessions this way your nominated card will be debited $100 per week for 5 weeks from the date of purchase. You still have 10 weeks to use the sessions in the pack and can book them any way that suits you in that time frame. It’s just that the total payment amount ($500), has been spread across the first 5 weeks.OPTION 2: ONGOING WEEKLY AUTO-DEBITSIf you don’t want to commit to a set number of sessions or a set amount of time you can also just have your weekly sessions auto-debited one week at a time. Simply select the duration of your sessions, and how many times per week you want to train, and you’re off and training!OPTION 3: BULK PAYMENT UP-FRONTBulk payment Multi-Session Packs are paid for as a single lump sum in up-front advance. The price per session starts the same as the one session per week price, and then gets cheaper the more sessions you buy. This is a great way to have fun and get fit with friends. The total cost of the session is shared amongst the participants, making it cheaper for each person.If you don’t have your own group of friends who want to do this with you, we may have an existing group you can join. Ask us if there are any availabilities.
CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMSYour trainer can design a custom exercise program for you based on the goals and limitations that you have discussed. These are now usually delivered through an app, but if you don’t want to use your mobile device or computer to record and track your progress you can still opt to get your training program or eating plan the old school way, on paper, or as a printable PDF.Each instance of these items is charged at the rates listed below.
If you’d prefer to get your program through our app then talk your trainer. There are many advantages to doing it that way.
*Expiry Time Limit - This is the amount of time you have to use up all of the sessions in any given session pack. - All single session purchases and Multi-Session Packs for personal training sessions and private martial arts lessons have an expiry time limit starting from the date of the first session / lesson used. (See the “Expiry Time Limit" column)Unless you notify us in advance that you require time off for a valid reason such as illness, a family emergency, holiday, work trips, etc., any unused sessions / lessons left at the end of the time limit are forfeited after the time limit has expired. In other words, all you have to do is give us reasonable notice.There are no refunds or credits for unused, forfeited, defaulted, or expired Virtual PT or Face-to-Face PT sessions / MA lessons in pre-purchased Multi-Session Packs or weekly auto debit payment bookings.(In other words: If you purchase and book a session or lesson, but don’t use it during the allocated time period or the “working week” that it was booked without giving us reasonable notice or reason, you don’t get a refund or a credit for it. You forfeit it. See the Terms of Service document for full details on cancellation and rebooking policies.)
