Our kids classes are designed to be fun and productive for kids from 4 to 11 years of age. TINY TIGERS - Ages 4 to 7 are at BARDIA only. DARING DRAGONS - Ages 8 to 11 are at both INGLEBURN & BARDIA SEE THE CLASS TIMETABLE FOR DETAILS We aim to instill proven self defence and anti-bullying strategies into the minds of kids so they have the tools to effectively keep themselves safe. Your kids will devolop confidence and learn self discipline while getting fit and having fun.
